From Madrid to Paris: carrying feminist financing priorities into global diplomacy

Ten days after the Financing for Feminist Futures Conference in Madrid, the 4th Feminist Foreign Policy Ministerial Conference takes place in Paris. The Walking the Talk consortium is present in Paris and brings the key outcomes from the F4FF conference to the table. Our message remains clear:
Financing feminist futures means reshaping our systems — not just sustaining them.

This document summarizes relevant emerging recommendations from the Financing for Feminist Futures (F4FF) Conference, organized by the Walking the Talk consortium in Madrid, October 8–10, 2025, to inform the 4th Feminist Foreign Policy Ministerial Conference in Paris. Please note that these recommendations are preliminary and specifically for the FFP Ministerial.
